Ballymena Show is supported by the two local Young Farmers Clubs, (Glarryford and Lisnamurrican) who organise Tractor Handling, Jeep Challenge and It’s A Knockout competitions.

WINNERS FROM 2009

Tractor Handling:

1st Lisnamurrican YFC Derek Storey & John Crawford

Jeep Challenge:

1st Lisnamurrican YFC Carrie Bonnar & Teresa Connon

It’s A Knockout:

Entrants were guaranteed to ‘get wet’ and the winning team of Lylehill YFC received £150 which was allocated to Alzheimers Society and Cystic Fibrosis.

In 2nd place was Lisnamurrican YFC and their prize money of £100 went to support the YFCU Dairy Goat Project in Africa, Bothar.

Kells & Connor YFC came 3rd with £50 going to NI Children’s Hospice. Prize money for this competition was kindly sponsored by Style ‘N’ Sport and a good time was had by all competitors.
